Terms
What Ficha is, what a plan costs and includes, how to cancel, and what happens to your decks when you do.
Last changed 21 September 2026.
The service
Ficha lays out club-ready scouting documents from data you supply: a league export, or figures you paste or type. It refuses to draw anything your data does not support. Every figure on a page comes from a cell in your file or a field you typed; nothing is invented. Ficha is run by the person you can reach at hello@ficha.ownsome.app.
Your account
An account is an email address and a password. You are responsible for what is done with it. Making a deck needs no account; saving and exporting one does.
Your content
The files you upload, the figures you type and the documents Ficha makes from them are yours. You give Ficha only what it needs to make, store and export them for you, and nothing more. You may only upload data you have the right to use.
Plans and billing
- Free: two active decks, exported as images, with the Ficha mark on the page.
- Creator and Scout: paid monthly, in advance, at the price shown at checkout, through Stripe. A subscription renews every month until you cancel it.
The price of a plan can change; if it does, you are told by email at least thirty days before it applies to you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the account screen, with no email to write and nobody to convince. The plan runs to the end of the month already paid for, and nothing further is charged. Where the law where you live gives you a right to withdraw within fourteen days of subscribing, it applies: write to hello@ficha.ownsome.app.
When a plan gets smaller
If you cancel, or move to a plan that allows fewer active decks than you have, nothing is deleted, ever. The decks over the new allowance become read only; we tell you how many are over the line and which ones; and you choose which stay active. An export you have already taken is yours and stays downloaded.
A payment that fails
A card that fails does not end your plan that day. You keep the plan, you are told, and the plan ends only if the subscription is cancelled.
What Ficha does not promise
Ficha is a tool for laying out what your data says. It does not promise that the data is right, and decisions made on a document it produced are yours. The service is provided as it is; where the law allows, Ficha is not liable for losses that follow from using it, beyond what you paid for the month in which they arose.
Changes and ending
These terms can change; if they change in a way that matters, everyone with an account is emailed before it takes effect. You can leave at any time by deleting your account. Ficha can close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
